house beaking

is it posiable to house break a male pugs thats over 2 years old. isnt fixed either. was offered it free but not house broke. in fact owners keep it i a cage entire time. already have 1, got it as a puppy and house broke within a month my also is a male but fixed

Hi Norman! Of course you can house break a 2 year old pug! You can house train any dog of any age, shape, or form. You just have to be, and I stress, PERSISTENT! Keep on it and don't give up! Juts keep trying, honestly. Hopefully it will work soon enough, but it might take a while...
