QuestionMy family is thinking about getting a Pug that we saw at a pet store. He is only 5 mths old. We've seen him a few times and every time he has him tougue sticking out and has very few teeth on the top and bottom. Someone told me that this could be a sign that something could be wrong with him. Is that true?
AnswerJess,
Pugs tend to their tongue out a lot - some more than others. At 5 months old, he should have more than 'very few' teeth. The pet store should have a vet that can check to make sure the teeth are fine.
5 months old is getting up there for a pet store. I would be great for the puppy to get a home.
