My pugs sudden death

Question
We lost our 16 wk old pug puppy today. She showed no symptoms. Within a 3 hour period, she would not stand. She had labored breathing and her gums turned white. She vomited blood and deficated at the same time following a violent kicking of her front legs. Within 2 minutes she was gone. We are baffled! Any clues as to why?

Sorry to hear about your loss!!!  I know how hard it is to lose a pet!!!

You really should call a vet.  The only way to really know that happened is to have a postmortem done.  

There are so many different things it could be.  Was she up-to-date on shots & worming?  Was there any injury?  Any chance of getting into poison or eating something sharp?
