Is my pug depressed?

Just about every time i play with my dog, he seems to be depressed. It makes me really sad seeing him like this. I don't know what to do he is only a year old and he is already acting like this. i play and i play but the minute i stop, he just gets a really sad face and it almost makes me want to cry. Maybe I'm just crazy?

A one year old pug should be full of energy and like to play.  Does he play at all?

If he doesn't have energy and is not playful, you should have your vet check him out.  Maybe he doesn't feel well.  He may just need worming.
