agressive pomeranian that bites

My pomeranian is a male and he is 15 months old. He is very sweet sometime.But then for no reason he will attack you ,bite and keep coming at you. My children are very scared of him my husband said we need to get rid of him but I would hated to do that my husband keeps saying before he bite one of the kids in the face. Well, he has now bite my little girl in the face it is a bad bite but she dosn't stitches. Don't Know What To Do. Please HELP!

Sounds like your husband isn't willing to work with him and if he is bitng your children the behavior has been allowed to go on too long.  He is a teenage puppy now and needs to be trained that aggression is not allowed.
