poms leg gos out of place

I have a very active pup of 10 months, he's really great but has a problem that I'm not sure is common,While running or playing his rear right leg pops out of the socket, but than its goes back into place is this normal for a young pom?

Your pup seems like he has a severe luxating patella.  You should get him on glucosamine condroitine and keep him rested (keneled).  If it continues to happen he may need surgery to keep the knee cap in place.  It can be from an injury as active Poms tend to do this to themselves with all the jumping but it is also a very common genetic problem in toy breeds.
