Question
at about what age is a pomeranian considered fully matured?  and when does their coat fully come in after their uglies phase?  i have a pomeranian that is 9 months old, and her coat is very nice and she's an adorable little thing, but her coat just isn't as full as i've seen other poms.  i don't expect her to have the perfect extemely fuzzy coat, but i was wondering if maybe her coat just hasn't fully come in yet.

Answer
Check out the archives fo ?'s... This is a common question. ;o)

It could be one of several reasons that your pup isn't as luch as you might have hoed she would be-
1-she is a bitch and they are usually not as coated as males.
2-depending on her breeding (her pedigree, family tree), she may never be as coated as some of the Poms you see on tv or in magaziens.
3-her age may be what is keeping you guessing as to what her coat will do-they are usally at full growth around 2 yrs old.

Have a great day!
