kitten neglect

my cat has just had 4 kittens 2 days ago.this morning we head a noise she had one of the kittens behind the sofa,we put her back with the rest,the mother did the same again with the same kitten,and has not touched the other three,she has turned her back to them any info would be appreciated thank you

Usually, when a mama removes or neglects a kitten form the "pile", there is a problem with that kitten.  One can try to supplement the kitten, but, usually, those kittens do, indeed, have a problem and expire within a few days.

I expect this kitten will not last no matter what you may try to do to save it.  If you want to try you can get some Just Born feline milk replacer and try tube feeding the kitten (your vet can show you how).  If you are going to do that I would start by mixing 1/2 unflavored Pedialyte with 1/2 Just Born.  The kitten would get 2 to 2.5 CC per 4 oz. of body weight 4 times a day (7 AM, Noon, 7 PM, midnight).
