QuestionHi,
I have a 12 year old domestic cat who pulls her fur out in clumps. I think something is not right with her. She has been doing this for a while, but lately it's quite a bit. Do you think she has some sort of disease?
Thank you
AnswerHi Toni! It would be most beneficial to have your veterinarian physically examine her. This behavior could be caused by allergies, stress, or illness. A physical examination and some blood work will be able to decifer whether or not this is a behavioral issue or a health issue.
I hope this helps and I hope you find all the answers you are looking for,
