water in my dogs ear

Question
my dog loves to get into our swimming pool or creek and has been lately shaking her head alot and we can hear water sloshing in her ears, is there a way we can help her get the water out or a way we can dry the water up so it does not bother her so much. We are affraid of her getting an infection in her ears if the water remains.
