Dizzy kitty, not eating/drinking

Question
Hello, my male cat is 2 yrs old and for the past few days he hasnt been himself. He just looks down at his food but wont eat or drink. Last night I noticed he seemed dizzy and couldnt keep his balance. He cannot jump small distances without falling. He just lays there, weak, with his eyes open. When I move him, he lets out a loud meow, but doesnt try to scratch or bite me. He just looks scared and wants me to hold him 24/7. He appears to be sleeping, but wont blink or close his eyes. I've been trying to hand feed him some food but he wont take it. I also have been bottle feeding him some warm milk with a vitamin crushed up in it. He seems to take that, but swallows very hard. Although he is lathargic, he managed to go in the litter box all on his own. But his balance is way off. He's an indoor cat. Two months ago he drank toilet water with blue toilet cleaner in it, he was sick for about a week, but recovered and was fine up until now. Could that have caused some sort of damage that took a couple months to produce itself? I cannot afford a vet right now, is there something else I can do to help him? Please help.

Answer
If you want to save your cat, then you MUST TAKE HIM TO THE VET...this is not something that can be treated at home.  You can call the toilet cleaner company and inquire about the ingredients and potential toxicity and damage to cats, however, I wouldn't think that it would have taken 2 months to show up.
