Hamster Illness

Question
My hamster is 6 months old and male. He has wet tail. His right eye is leaky and swollen, His penis is swollen and purple. Both of his eyes have completely closed. He wont eat. He will run on his wheel at night, and he will drink. But he is almost always tired he seems confused. What does he have?
