6 month old Mutt (Beagle/Spaniel/other mix)

My Puppy Bailey started excesivley drolling last night. The droll almost seems like a gel and it is clear. Yesterday he had a few first experiences and I am trying to rule them out to get to the root of the problem. Can you help? Not sure if this would be a medical issue or not. He is acting fine other than the droll. First He went to a local lake (in New Jersey) and might have drank a little lake water. Second, got him two new toys; a speariment Nylabone, and a red Kong filled with fat free peanut butter. Any sugestions will be greatly appreciated.

it could be the new stuff you gave him if that when the drool started.

take them away and see if the drooling stops. some toys are so hard that a puppy can break teeth on them, so check his mouth.

if the drooling persists, take him to the vet to get checked for anything stuck in the mouth.
