my dogs nipples :(

hi,i have noticed that my dogs nipples are bleeding and they don't have scrapes on them why are they like that is she in heat??i don't think so because her vagina is not bleeding or throbbing  so i don't know what it is

If all of them are bleeding then something is either biting her or she is nursing puppies that you haven't found.

She should already be spayed so that shouldn't be the case. I can't tell you what might be wrong with them- that is something a vet where you live is going to have to look at and tell you.
