Bird - Loerie (African)

Hi there,
How long does it take for a Loerie to grow back it's tail feathers?  My cat caught the bird and it only has 2 tail feathers left, other than the missing tale feathers it seems fine and is eating the apples I gave it.
Will it be able to fly?
