QuestionMy cat keeps thowing up.What is wrong with her? She had a tick like two or three weeks ago but we did not know if it was a deer tick with lime disease.Would that have anything to do with it?
AnswerHi Nicole! I would definitely take your cat to your veterinarian as soon as possible. Vomiting can cause dehydration and can be a sign of many serious illnesses. Your veterinarian would have to perform a physical examination, blood work and/or x-rays to pin point why your cat is vomiting so much. The tick may or may not be linked to this illness. Your veterinarian will have to perform a lyme's disease test to decifer whether or not this is the cause.
I wish you the best of luck and please keep me posted,
Hilary
