Question
I have about a 2 year old siamese. A co worker gave him to me for free. He doesnt act weird or anything he just has this reddish brown mucus in the inner corner of his eyes everyday. i usually wipe them clean once a day. He doesnt create excess tears but he sneezes alot(usually on me) could it be allergies or something more serious?

Answer
Has this cat been vaccinated for anything? Reddish brown is the normal color for mucous in an animals eyes. I would make an appointment for this guy at the vets and have him looked over, tested for leukemia, FIV, FIP and then if he is clean have him vaccinated.

He has some sort of URI (upper respiratory infection) and that can only get worse if not treated.

So call the vet and get him in soon.
