Hi.My dog is vomting out blood.I really want him to be okay.Can you please help me!I am low on money and cannot make it to the vets.

You NEED to take him to the vet.  This is a serious problem and he will need prescription medication for stomach ulcers and some blood tests to find out what's going on.  This is not something that I can help you out with over the internet.  Maybe your vet can make payment arrangements.
