Her skin is very hard its in a lot of aeras on her back but mostlyaround the aera that they didn't shave and find for 5 days... he said shes needs to see a specailist and it will cost about $4000.00 for a skin graph and I should put her to sleep..she is in very good sprits playing eating drinking some of her skin is opening on her back but its not bleeding and doesn't seem to be hurting her...I don't have the $4000.00 what can I do will the skin fall off and grow back on its own or will she die

Answer
Cats have a lot of extra skin that they can stretch over a wound as it heals.  With good therapy consisting of daily wound care and antibiotics, many of these wounds will heal up in 3-4 weeks. If there are areas that do not close or if the skin continues to break down from the injuries, then putting a flap of skin over the wound may be necessary.  I would think that $4000 is extremely excessive.  Find another vet who may do it for $300-$500.
