Dog seems in pain.........

I have an american pitbull thats approx 2 yrs old. He is acting like he needs to go to the bathroom, maybe as if he is constipate...but he keeps his tail tucked behing back legs. He acts if theres something back there really hurting him. He's wining in pain, and can't get comfortable. We found a pack of eaten gum earlier today, could that have something to do with it??? PLease help!

If you think your pet is in pain, whats stopping you from seeing your vet? Thats what they are there for, even if you think its a stupid question.

He could be constipated, or have a foreign body in his intestines. Make an appointment to see your vet and have it checked out.
