Cocker spaniel - skin warts

Question
I have a 5yrs old female cocker spaniel who has developed a couple of skin warts - the vet tells me this is quite common but has never excised any. I do not want her to go through this unless absolute necessary - so my question is are there any other ways of dealing with them ? cryo medicine as one would in a human or is a cream or ? some thing else which deal with them -  she is a grooming school exam model and with these it is not so good for the pupils
Thanks

Answer
I do not like cryosurgery because there is too much damage done to the surrounding tissue.  Instead, I use a laser, which precisely cuts out the tumor leaving a small hjole that closed in 2-3 weeks.  In some small tumors, I will use the laser to melt the tumors away rather than excising them.
