My dogs eye +

Hello,, my dog jsut came back from the groomer jsut the orther day,,and now she is hanging around me 24/7 when i go to bed but when i get up she won't leave my bed,, and now i notice she is half closing her eye and it's a bit reder then the orther,,, what could this be and should i get a prescription from a vet or not....   Pkease help i love my Dog!!!!!!!!   thank you

I sounds ass if she has conjunctivitis, an irritation of the eye which could be due to a virus or also physical trauma such as getting something in her eye.  This is usually associated with at least a bit of pain, thus leading to her closing the eye somewhat or entirely.

It would be a decent idea to have her seen by your veterinarian so they can check her cornea for injury and prescribe antibiotics if indicated.
