Since I can't tell you any more than your puppy has some sort of a upper respiratory sickness and you didn't give me any information about vaccinations etc, you really need to call the vet and take him in.

Puppies don't get colds like we do, but they do get distemper and pneumonia and other illnesses that are very serious.

So call the vet and make an appointment for him.
