Trouble with baby parrotlet

I have a parrotlet that is 4 weeks old that up until her 6pm feeding has been
full of energy and bright eyed but now she has no energy and will not eat.
She can't even hold her head up. Can you help me please?

I hope you have taken her to a specialist as they can die quite quickly.
