watery poops

Four days ago my yorkie started doing watery poops, and last 2 days looks like there is some blood in them and still very watery she is not eating or drinking, she is only 6 yrs. old. What could that be from, someone told me the dog might have had some chocolate.

  The watery poop could be from her eating something she wasn't supposed to. But if it's been 4 days already and she still have watery poop with blood in it, I would take her to the vet. for a check up. Large amounts of chocolate can be toxic to pets. Take care and good luck.
