Cat Choking

I have a 1 1/2 year old female Tabbie cat.She has been spayed, had her shots and is microchipped. For the last day or so she keeps looking like she is choking on something. She has thrown up once but it is only  a piece of grass. Her meows are not the same. It seems like she has something stuck in her throat. She also makes the sneezing noise alot. I can tell that she is not herself. She does go outside but just stays in the immediate area of our house. Could she have ate something (bird, chipmunk...)?????

I would recommend getting her to the vet for an exam ASAP.   If you can, open her mouth and try to look if there is something stuck in there.  She may have ate something and I would be concerned and not recommend waiting on this one.   If she has something stuck and is choking, it is life-threatening!
