my dog has bald patches w/ irritation

Last week I noticed my dog has these small rashes or irritations... today we took him for a bath and I noticed he has bald patches with irritations on almost all of his body. I want to know if his dying...He's just 3 years old, and no dog could replace him.

I doubt if he is dying. He sounds like he is suffering from a inhalant allergy. Either that or he has a bad flea allergy.

Another thing that is more likely is that he has demodex mange. For this you need to have a vet do skin scraping to diagnose it. It is not uncommon in younger dogs.

Because it is all over him, if it is mange, it needs to be treated right away as it can cover the dog and become impossible to treat.

So you need to get him to the vet as soon as possible and get him checked.
