Puppy being sick

Question
I have a 3 month old chocolate lab who has been very well up until this week.  On monday he had a very noisy tummy in the morning and wasn't keen on eating his breakfast (totally out of character for him) although he did go on and eat it and was fine for the rest of the day.

On Tuesday we took him out in the car (a loan car as ours is in the garage) and he was sick on his walk.  He was fine after that and ate all his meals fine for the rest of the day.

On Thursday he was playing lots in the evening, was sleeping, then woke up and was sick again.  Then as before he was fine after and ate ok.

Again this morning his tummy was making lots of noise and he wasn't keen on breakfast, although with minimal persuasion he was fine.

His behaviour is totally normal, playful and crazy as always.  He currently eats 4 times a day, a mixture of wet and dry food which hasn't changed recently.  The sick seems to come over him very quickly and pass as soon as he's thrown up and then totally back to normal.

Is it likely he just has a mild tummy bug that will pass or could it be something more serious??  His tummy feels nice and soft, and passing stools as normal.

Thanks in advance.

Answer
Has this puppy been wormed more than once? What kind of food is he eating? It sounds as if the food he is eating is causing some GI distress or he has a worm burden which is making his stomach upset. On the car ride he might have just been car-sick.
Send me more information about his vaccinations, food he is eating (both wet and dry) and his worming schedule.
Then I can suggest something.
