I have 7 months old GSD. Its height is 22 inches. Is this height. is this height ok at this age

Puppies all have different sizes at their respective ages due to care, what their diet is, exercise etc. 22 inches seems a bit small for a male German shepherd.
He might have been the runt of the litter or his parents might have been small.

He will fill out some but most large dogs stop growing in height around 9 months to a year old. They continue to grow until they are 2 yrs old.
