No, the FeLV vaccine will not cause the FeLV test to be positive.
However, the same is NOT true of the FIV vaccine. Cats who have recieved an FIV vaccine will show up positive on a test and there is no way to determine whether the cat actually has the disease or is vaccinated, especially, if the cat's history is unknown. This is why the FIV vaccine is currently not recommended in cats.
