Our dog, Marcie has never pooped in the house before. Last month, we moved to a new apartment and for the first few weeks, she was okay. Now she's pooping in the house every day! When we moved two years ago, she didn't have this problem. Why would she start now?

It is probably underlying anxiety and the fact the her schedule has changed.  Try crating her during the day and make sure to take her outside every few hours to re-establish correct bathroom habits.  Remember to PRAISE, PRAISE, PRAISE her when she does good and DO NOT punish her for accidents.
