rabbit diseases

Question
I just got to small bunnies the day after I got them which was last Sunday one of them acted like the neck was broke and it died. now a week later we woke up this morning went to go feed the other rabbit and it was acting the same way my daughter brought him to me and I layed him back in the box for a little bit, I went in to check on him about 5 minutes later and he was sitting up on his own now, But he still acts sick. I was wondering if rabbits could get some kind of disease or if it could be something else. Please write me back.

Hi Holly!  There are many diseases that rabbits can get.  This however reminds me of the symptoms of an inner ear infection or ear mites.  I would definately take the bunny to your veterinarian to have the ears checked, and for medication.  Ear infections can have devestating consequences if not treated, and the same for ear mites.
