Bad smell

I have a gross question about my dog (sorry). She is a 6 year old Bassett hound/blue heeler mix. She is spayed. She has really started to stink. When we walk in the dining room, where her crate is, the smells is overpowering. I bathe her and she still stinks. The smell seems to be coming from her crotch. There is no liquid or anything coming out. She has never smelled bad before. It's been gradually getting worse over the past couple months. No changes in diet. She eats Nutro Naturals. Any ideas?

She might have an infection of the bladder, or even her vulva.
Just because you don't see anything doesn't mean she hasn't licked it clean before you've looked.

She needs to see a vet soon. ANY kind of smell like that has to be investigated soon.

Call your vet and make an appointment as soon as you can.
