cat has dry nose

My cats nose has been very dry for a few days now.It's usually pretty moist.Shes been staying inside more and sleeping more lately.The weather has been cold and rainy.Do you think she's sick?How can I check her temperature?  Thank you so much.

You really can't go by how dry an animals nose is to tell if they're sick. The only thing you can do is take their temp via a rectal thermometer. A cat's normal temp is about 101.5 or so.
Another thing you can do is feel her ears. If they are really hot she probably has a fever.
In that case it's time for a trip to the vet.
