puppy with white gums

Question
my granddaughter found a puppy approx. 15wks old, it is skin and bones and its gums are very white.  It will not eat anything, but a couple bites of a bacon snack.

Answer
I hope this does not arrive too late.  The puppy is extremely anemic.  It could be caused by a severe flea infestation or parvo or some kind of internal bleeding.  Has the puppy been vomiting or had diarrhea?  This pup needs medical attention as soon as possible.  I hope it turns out alright.
