nose swelling

My chihuahua is 9wks old today, and he had his 9wk shot today 11 hours ago. About a half hour ago his nose started swelling and I don't know what to do. Or what could happen if I don't bring him to the ER. Do you know anything about this? If you do I would sincerely appreciate some advice, thank you.

Sorry this is arriving so late.  By now the situation is probably already under control.  He most likely had a reaction to the vaccine.  It happens sometimes in little dogs.  He should have a dose of Benedryl before he is vaccinated again.  Talk to your Vet. about this.  Hope all is well.
