2 female dogs

Greetings,
I own 2 Siberian Huskys both female 1 approx7 years desexed the other 2 years old and menstruating.
The younger one is defacating and urinating close to the kennel they both share and in the middle of our driveway.
Can you please explain?

She may be marking her territory or doing it because she doesn't feel well.  I would recommend leashing her for bathroom duties for the next week or two to "retrain" her, however, it is probably best to have her checked by the vet to make sure she is in good health and not brewing a urinary tract or uterine infection.
