Splayed front foot

Is there anything that can be done for a splayed front foot?  My standard poodle doesn't want to walk any more because of it.  Thanks for your help.

Laura, What options has your vet given you?  How about a splint from the paw to upper shin area?  Have you considered a splint of some kind?  Let me know...
