I have three cats from same litter. They are a mix of breeds. One has the orange tabby dominant in him, both in looks and behavior. He is not a bright as the others but quite friendly. He crys whenever he thinks he is alone. He crys at 5am for some reason. He keeps pissing in every box he can find and he knows I don't like it and he hides after doing it, so he knows better. It doesn't seem to matter how clean the litter box is. He is teaching the other male to cry in the early morning while I am sleeping. I need to know if "fixing" him will cure his behavior?

Hi Mark!  How old are your cats?  Neutering will definately help this situation, but if they are over the age of 2 years, this could become a behavioral problem as they are used to the "male" feelings.  I would definately recommend neutering, as this will stop the crying at 5am...and should, if not eliminate, highly decrease the spraying.
I hope this has been helpful,
Hilary

Hi Hilary.
Thank you for a quick response. My three cats are 9 months old and a week. Buddy is now missing two little parts! I told him it was cus he was bad, pissing on my stuff and suggested that he do not cry all the 45 miles home; like he did all the way to the vet ;-) He stopped crying and never made a peep the whole way! So if his "alteration" didn't cure his behavior......I think the threat of fixing him again, may have convinced him. Ha, he thinks it can happen again :-) Were back in the house, Buddys brother Al,Lee thinks that Buddy is someone else, cus Buddy smells weird and can't walk or ballance or see straight and hurts likely...Al gave Buddy a few growles and smacks on top the head. Buddy falls down and sorta wonders "what?" So I tapped Al on top his head. Al is leaving Buddy alone. Al is a smart kitty! Buddy fell a few times getting to the cats hi perched bed. Took a short cut a couple minutes later, getting down, then fell down stairs. He is sleeping on the floor downstairs now...little slow, but learning. Oh yeah! B,B Didn't care at all that Buddy has "changed", cus she was already at the vet and she had no use for Buddys missing parts anyway; so she's cool. Now maybe they will let me sleep?

Answer
Hi Mark!  Hahaha, cute response.  I can just picture your cats talking to eachother hehe.  They're great, aren't they?
Hopefully Buddy will take your threat seriously.  The neutering should definately help.  I hope you get some sleep!
Give those guys some kisses for me!
