puppy pug eating poop

Hi,
I have a 5 month old pug who has been with me for a little over a month now.  Starting about 1 week ago, she's been going poop on the floor and then eating it right away.  Does this mean that there is something wrong with her such as missing nutrients in her food and is there anyway to stop her from doing this?

Hi Michelle:  It may just taste good to her!  Sorry, they don't know for sure why dogs eat poop... Many opinions on the subject!
You can buy the powder enzyme that is placed into her food each day.  This makes the poop taste bad.

She should be on a good Vitamin Supplement / NuVET Plus is excellent

You would give her 1 wafer treat per day - Excellent for her coat and skin.  Great for Digestion, too!
