the efects of cat urine

hi i have a silly question but i was told that cat urine is harmfull to womens reproductive system is this true?  if this is would it be at all possible to send me a link of a web site or such so i could do further research on this.

Cat urine is not harmful to a females reproductive system, but if your pregnant i would assure you to not clean the litter box because of something called toxoplasmosis which can cause miscarriage or birth defects.  But dont go an get rid of the cat or the litter box just dont clean the litter box.
