Please help me with my puppy..

Hi I have a puppy, I think he swallowed a bone. I can feel it when I touch his neck. It seems like it is stucked in there. I think he swallowed a chiken neck because the shape of the bone feels like a chicken neck. He refuses to eat. and vomitted for a couple of times. What do I do? Please help me, I wanna save his life.

If you want to save his life and he has an obstruction such as a bone then you need to get him into a vet's right away! Unless you can see it to pull it out when you open his mouth, you need to take him in for help.
There is nothing we can do over the internet.
Please get him to a vet's immediately!
