my dog had a litter 11 days ago of only 2 pups, that didnt make it we belive they were premie and now she just tarted bleeding very heavy from her female area. the blood is very red. this was her second litter in as many heats but this one was not planned for.

Bleeding of this sort should be looked at by the vet. Dogs normally bleed post-whelping but not in a large amount. She could have had a clot in there that just broke loose but you really should have her checked.

If she is being bred "unintentionally" then it's time to get her spayed so that she doesn't have these medical problems in the future.
