pet behaving strange

Hi
I have a 4 year old Boston Terrier and today after I got off worked I noticed that she was turning around in circles hollering like she was in pain and she ran to me. She didn't want to sit down either so I rubbed her and she got alright.  Then later that night while we were playing she started the same thing.  Is this something I should be concerned about?
Please let me know I'm worried.

Hi Shalonda!  Your poor baby!  It sounds as though she really needs to see a veterinarian.  It's too hard to say what it could be without seeing her, but she is displaying some symptoms of a disc problem.  Dogs can get a "slip disc" from simply jumping on the couch wrong....and then they display the same behavior your baby is.  Surgery is the only cure for this problem, if this is even, in fact, the problem. Anti-inflammatories, like steroids, can be prescribed and they help tremendously.  Sometimes steroid therapy helps so much that surgery is no longer needed.
Please let me know how that little girl does and give her tons of kisses for me!
