Question
hello, is it a serious issue if there is a fall in body temperature of a horse?

Answer
The normal temperature of a mare is 100 degrees F rectally.
The normal temperature of a stallion is 99.7 degrees F taken rectally.

What is the temperature of your horse? Is it a mare getting ready to foal, a stallion, a gelding?

What is the concern? You should be contacting a local vet if your horse is ill.
