my puppys bowels

I feed my 10 week old lab/border collie mix Pro Pac puppy food.  I have been feeding this to her since I got her 2 weeks ago.  Her poop is still very soft to runny.  Is this normal?  She also keeps licking herself and scratching even tho I have used a flea meds on ger.  Is this normal?  thax in advance.

Have you had your pup into the vet yet?
It sounds as though a vet visit is needed.
The runny stool is most likely due to an intestinal parasite, which are usually present in pups, causing the need for fecal testings and deworming.
The scratching may be due to demodex or sarcoptic mites, which can cause skin irritations (also known as mange.)
Your veterinarian will be able to perform a skin cytology, where the skin cells will be studied under a microscope for any abnormalities/parasites.
