MY MALTESE IS IN HEAT

HELLO...WELL MY 9 MONTH OLD MALTESE IS HEAT AND I WANTED TO KNOW ..DO I GIVE HER A PRIVATE PLACE FOR HER TO BE WHEN SHE SLEEPS? CUZ SHE USUALY SLEEPS IN HER BED OUTSIDE OUR BEDROOM.SO I WONT TO HAVE TO PUT HER ALL DAY ON THE SPECIAL DIAPERS ONLY DURING THE DAY TIME AND AT NIGHT TAKE THEM OFF..WHAT DO U THINK?? THANK YOU..

I am not sure what you are asking here. You will have a hard time keeping her in one spot unless you tie her up near it or put her in a playpen type area.

Once she is done with her heat cycle you can have her spayed and then it won't be a problem anymore. Spaying reduces her chance of getting breast cancer to almost zero if you get it done now. The older they are, the more chance they have of getting cancer. They also get infected uterus's, etc. if they are not spayed.
