nursing cat has problem need help

i have a cat that has 5 kittins and today i noticed she has a sore in between her nipples that is leaking clear fluid what can i do

How old are these kittens? Are they being weaned by their mom? If they are she could be developing an abscess from mastitis. Mastitis starts when the teats become engorged with milk from the kittens not nursing as often. While this is normal sometimes they get infected.

She needs to see the vet and get some antibiotics for it. If the kittens are younger than that then she should be seen anyway since it could be something else.
