Answer
I have no idea what this food is, but I can tell you it's not agreeing with your dog.

Get him onto a better food such as Science Diet Large Breed Puppy Growth and you will see a better stool. Do it slowly over a course of a week. This food is tested and fed to ensure optimal nutritional quality and it is formulated for large dogs which is what your puppy will be.

Hill's has over 50 yrs of veterinary research behind their food. They are the company that came out with so many of the wellness foods that other companies try to emulate. However, the difference is that Hill's still uses fixed-formulation for their foods and the other companies (Iama, Nutro, Nutra, Solid Gold, etc) do not.

It is also one of the only companies with a 100% money back guarantee on their food.
Give a bag a try and see how he does with it. You will see a difference in a few days but it takes three weeks for the food to get into the system and make a difference.

The only thing you have to lose is the diarrhea in your puppy. Fromm is something the breeder probably told you to buy but I can tell you that it is probably not field trial fed, only formulated to meet the standards.

Get some Science Diet and let me know how he is in a few weeks.
I have seen some incredible changes in dogs over the last 29 yrs.

I hope this works for him!

A side note: I looked up Fromm foods and while they say they feed their food to a local kennel, that doesn't tell me anything about the quality and longevity of this food. In other words, it's like taking the opinion of Aunt Gertie on whether or not your lasagna was any good.
I trust Hill's because their food trials have been ongoing for over 50 yrs and they extensively feed and analyze their foods before marketing them. They are the number one food that vets feed and for a good reason- and no it's not money! We see the results with these foods- that's why we feed them to our own pets and recommend them.
So give it a try.
