abnormal bathroom behavior with my dog

Question
My dog is almost 6 years old.  She was rescued very young but still has a lot
of emotional problems.  Bathroom issues have never really been a problem,
but recently, she has been pee-ing inside and even on the furniture, a few
times a week.  I scold her, and she seems receptive, but then it happens
again.  And I take her outside as soon as I find it, and she still manages to pee
again.  What could the problem be?

Hello Kristy , Please take her to the vet .... she could have a Urinary infection or a hormone problem... ONLY the vet can help with this...OK
